The Bass brand continues to be a popular and well respected brand to this day. Bass shoe styles place an emphasis on comfort. Styles reflecting long-term trends rather than latest fads are the norm. Though comfort is never sacrificed for style...and every shoe made by Bass tends to be comfortable (especially after being "broken in"), Bass now offers a line of shoes featuring extra-comfort producing measures. These are the "Bas Flex shoes," and they feature a gel heel cushion and premium leather linings.

Bass Shoes for Men
The Bass product line is well-known for its plethora of sizes...making it easy for nearly any customer to find a well-fitting shoe at a Bass store.
For men, the range of sizes runs from 6 to 15/Euro 40-49; widths include narrow, medium, wide and extra wide. (Note: Not all styles are avaliable in every size.) As you read in the introductory segment, the Bass Company's most famous product is the Bass Weejun loafer. The Weejun comes in over a dozen different styles and in a number of different color, including the well-known Burgundy (as well as basic black, several brown tones, and grey. From time to time you may also see fashion colors introduced.) Men's Weejun prices range around $85 to $100, depending on the particular style. However, Weejuns aren't the only shoe style made by Bass...not by far! Bass offers a full line of dress and casual shoes, both slip-ons and lace-ups, including wing-tips. Most fal into the $70-100 price range; discounts and sales are available on-line and in-store. Boots: There are only a few Bass boot styles to choose from, but they are indeed attractive boots. Expect to find Bass boots running in the $85 price area. Also there is a small selection of men's sandals available, including thongs and other slip-ons, plus a few buckle-ons. Men's sandal prices range from about $50 to $75.
Bass Shoes for Women and children
Bass women's shoes are available in the dress, casual and sandals categories. Bass shoes are for women who demand comfort; no pumps or "high heels" are sold by Bass. Some heels are elevated, but these shoes feature a solid, thick rise, not a thin heel. Bass offers a somewhat small selection of boots, but the boots offered are attractive ones. Boot and shoe prices range from around $50 to 85; women's sandal prices run about $25-40. Women's shoe sizes at Bass: Most styles are offered in women's sizes 6 - 11; a few styles from 5 to 11/Euro 36-43. Like the men's shoes, women's shoes are also available in narrow, medium, wide and extra wide widths.

Girls' Styles: Shoe styles for girls at Bass include the loafer-style shoes, lace-ups, and saddle oxfords, just as with the company's boy's shoes. For girls, however, the selection also includes clogs and Mary-Jane style shoes. Prices for the girl's shoes are comparable to the prices for boy's shoes. Styles are the same for toddler sizes as for the older kids...but somehow, some of these no-nonsense shoe styles seem to be a bit too mature-looking for this age group; prices run the same for toddler-sized shoes as for the older kid's shoes.
