What types of entertainment will you enjoy at Disney's California Adventure Park? There are several important shows and parades you'll want to see...and they're all good! Here's a list of entertainment at Disney's California Adventure theme park---1.) High School Musical 3 parade! The California Adventure Park's schedule is primed up for parade and entertainment-lovers this year. The popular High School Musical 3 parade is now a regular part of the action at Disney's California Adventure. This interactive parade which draws young guests into the action is being performed on selected dates at DCA. 3.) Disney's Playhouse---there's a fun show for preschoolers, called Disney Playhouse Live. If you haven't seen it recently, now's a good time to catch it again. The show was completely revamped during 2008, and now features new action and characters! 4.) Pixar Play Parade---This terrific parade shows off a plethora of fun Pixar characters from your favorite movies! You'll enjoy its lively sound track, adorable floats and fun surprises. During the "slow season," the Pixar Play Parade isn't performed every day...so, be sure that you pick a day for your visit when it's scheduled, if you're a parade-lover. 5.) Disney's Electrical Parade performs only during busy times! The wonderful Disney Electric Parade stays "on hiatus" during most of the slow tourist season. Fortunately for parade-lovers, the Disney Electrical parade returns to the park for summertime and Christmas festivities! What's more, the parade is now better than ever! New updates were made to the parade during 2009...including Tinker Bell leading the parade from a new opening float! Aladdin, A Musical Spectacular: The Aladdin live musical stage show will run at Disney California Adventure 4 days out of the week.Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be NO performances of the Aladdin show held. On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, there will be 3 or 4 Aladdin show times each day, depending on the theme park's operating hours. The first Aladdin performance will be held daily at 12:10 pm. (Be sure to line up early--this is a popular show!) Other Aladdin showtimes on these days will be at 1:50 pm, 4:15 pm and (when there's a 4th performance) at 5:50 pm. Playhouse Disney Show: This live, interactive show that youngsters adore will be held daily during Januray, February and March, 2010. There are multiple showtimes so that your child will be certain to get in. However, do line up in advance of show times so that you'll be certain to get into your preferred performance. There will be 6 Playhouse Disney performances daily. The earliest showtime is at 10:30 am, soon after Disney's California Adventure Park opens for the day. Other show times are 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:15 pm, 3:15 pm and 4:15 pm. Disney's Electrical Parade is now "on hiatus" and it will not be performed during the rest of Winter, 2010. Pixar Play Parade: This cute, colorful and whimsical parade is a favorite show for Pixar character-lovers! This parade DOES have showtimes scheduled throughout October...but, you WON'T be able to see it every single day! The Pixar Play Parade will NOT be performed on some weekdays during the slower Winter, 2010 period. However, every weekend and selected weekdays, you'll enjoy this parade's fun-filled frolics one time each day---at 5:15 pm. High School Musical 3: The High School Musical series of movies has many fans. If you're one of them, you won't want to miss out on this live performance! The High School Musical 3 show will NOT be performed every day during Winter, 2010. However, on weekends and selected weekdays, you'll be able to enjoy your choice of 5 shows each day! HSM 3 show times are: 11:30 am, 12:05 pm; 1:05 pm; 3:00 pm and 3:35 pm.

Disney's Electrical Parade: There's something VERY important you should know if you're a Disney Electric Parade-lover: this popular nighttime parade full of beautiful lights and lively music has ended its summertime run at the park after its Christmas performance.
