You do not need to make a purchase to get 3 hours of free parking at Horton Plaza; however you DO have to get your parking ticket validated in order to claim your free 3 hours. Validation kiosks (machines) are available on levels 1, 3, 4 & 5 (consult the mall's maps for exact locations. Visitors to the Lyceum Theater, UA Theater, Napa Valley Grille, Panda Inn, Nordstrom Dept Store and 24 Hour Fitness may also get validation while patronizing these businesses. There are also a limited number of parking meters on the streets around Horton Plaza. Parking is free at the meters after 6 pm and on Sundays.
