Overview of Knotts dates & hours
Knott's Berry Farm theme park is open 364 days a year, closing only on Christmas Day. Though the park stays open for out-of-town visitors year-round, the crowds during the fall, winter and spring months (when local kids are in school) are light. The summer months are Knott's Berry Farm's busiest times...along with the yearly "Knott's Scary Farm" Halloween Fright Fest (a separate-admission event on October evenings, which frequently sells out!) Even during the summertime, though, you'll find the crowds at Knott's Berry Farm to be bearable...unlike nearby Disneyland Park, where summer hordes can make the park experience somewhat unpleasant.Following on this page, you'll find the Knott's Berry Farm's operating hours for the next few months ahead. During these months, Knott's Berry Farm opens daily at 10 am; it's Knott's Berry Farm's CLOSING time which varies.

Knott's Berry Farm Hours of Operation-- July 2008
July is the heart of the busy tourist season at Knott's Berry Farm. If you're a roller coaster lover, you'll have to plan ahead if you want to minimize your time spent waiting in line. Head to the park early in the day. Hit the wildest coasters first...because they attract the biggest crowds of thrill-lovers. Then, enjoy the less-extreme thrills and family rides later in the day.July is a good month for finding DISCOUNTS! Here are the Knott's hours for July 2008---
ALL SATURDAYS IN JULY: Knott's Berry Farm opens at 10 am and closes at 11 pm every Saturday in July, 2008.
ALL SUNDAYS IN JULY: Knott's theme park will open at 10 am and close at 10 pm every Sunday in July '08.
ALL WEEKDAYS (MON-FRI) IN JULY: Weekday hours at Knotts Park will be 10 am to 10 pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in July, 2008. This includes the 4th of July holiday, which falls on a Friday this year.
Knotts Berry Farm Hours -- August 2008
BETWEEN AUGUST 1st and AUGUST 24th:
On ALL SATURDAYS in this time period, Knott's theme park opens at 10 am and closes at 11 pm. This includes the following Saturdays: August 2, 9, 16 and 23rd.
On ALL OTHER DAYS in this time period, Knott's opening time is 10 am & its closing time is 10 pm
KNOTTS HOURS AUGUST 25 THRU 31ST:
1.) Monday thru Friday, August 25, 26, 27, 28 & 29, Knott's will open at 10 am and close at 7 pm
2.) Saturday, Aug 30 & Sunday Aug 31: Labor Day weekend, Knott's opens at 10 am and closes at 10 pm
Knott's Berry Farm Hours of Operation -- September 2008
September 2008 Hours of operation at Knotts--- Summer is over and Knott's theme park no longer is operating at its maximum schedule of hours. Nevertheless, Knott's Berry Farm IS open every day...and crowds are light. You'll face a minimum waiting time for rides if you visit during the week!Monday, September 1: Hours for the Labor Day Holiday are 10 am to 7 pm
Tuesday thru Friday, September 2, 3, 4 & 5: Knott's theme park hours are 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday, September 6, Knott's Farm opens at 10 am and closes at 10 pm
Sunday, September 7, Knott's opening time is at 10 am and its closing time is at 7 pm
Monday thru Friday, September 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 hours at Knott's Berry Farm are 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday, September 13, Knott's park will open at 10 am and close at 10 pm
Sunday, September 14, Knott's hours are 10 am to 7 pm
Monday thru Friday, September 15, 16, 17, 18 & 19; Knotts hours are 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday, September 20, 10 am to 10 pm
Sunday, September 21, 10 am to 7 pm
Monday thru Wednesday, September 22, 23, 24: 10 am to 6 pm
Thursday & Friday, Sept 25 & 26: 10 am to 5:30 pm for daytime theme park hours; evening Halloween Haunt requires separate admission
Saturday, September 27, 10 am to 5:30 pm; Knott's Scary Farm in the evening requires a special Halloween Haunt ticket
Sunday, September 28, 10 am to 5:30 pm for Knott's daytime hours; separate ticket needed for evening Knotts Scary Farm event
Monday, September 29 & Tuesday, Sept 30, 10 am to 6 pm
Knott's Hours of Operation -- October 2008
Daytime events will NOT be super-scary, so that you may bring your children and enjoy the day together without having to worry that they'll be frightened. The park will be decorated for Halloween...including some fake spider webs; ugly-looking monsters; and even skeletons (particularly in the Fiesta Village section of Knotts, where Dia de los Muertos-style decorations are used.) If you think that these type of decorations will frighten your young children, you may want to stick to the tame Camp Snoopy children's area of the park.
Camp Snoopy will feature fun Halloween activities for kids every weekend...which come included in the price of a regular Knott's admission ticket!
ALL MONDAYS & TUESDAYS IN OCTOBER: Knott's daytime hours are 10 am to 6 pm; Knott's Halloween Haunt will not be held on these days.
WEDNESDAYS IN OCTOBER: On 4 Wednesdays in October (Oct 1, 8, 15 & 22) Knott's daytime hours are 10 am to 5:30 pm. On Wednesday, October 29th, Knott's daytime hours are 10 am to 6 pm.
ALL THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS IN OCTOBER: Every Sunday in October, 2008, the Knott's theme park hours run from 10 am to 5:50.
ALL SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS IN OCTOBER: Every Saturday and Sunday during October, 2008, Knott's Berry Farm opens at 10 am and closes at 5:30 pm for daytime events.
Knott's Halloween Haunt Dates for 2008
Knott's Scary Farm is an annual Halloween celebration that fright-lovers never want to miss! On the Knott's Scary Farm dates of operation, the theme park re-opens at 7 pm. Most nights the Halloween Haunt ends at 1 am. The special late-night closing time on Fridays & Saturdays is 2 am.
Knott's Scary Farm dates of operation for 2008 include:
1.) September: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, September 25, 26, 27 & 28
2.) October: most Wednesdays, plus all Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. These dates are October 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30 & 31st (Halloween night!)
3.) November: The last day of Knott's Scary Farm will be Saturday, November 1st. This date will help people who can't get in on the fun during weekdays have an extra chance to attend the event.
