Schedule of Legoland California's dates and hoursMay, 2012 hours: Legoland, Legoland water park & Sea LifeIf you're looking for a good month to visit Legoland California, this is it! Why? Because all 3 of Legoland's attractions are open (theme park; water park; SeaLife Aquarium) AND because this will be the last un-crowded month until after Labor Day in September. The weather is warmer and less prone to rain than during the winter & early spring. So...why wait? CLOSED DATES: Surprisingly, Legoland California is NOT open every single day in May. The theme park is closed on the following TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS: May 1, & 2; May 8 & 9; May 15 & 16; and May 22 & 23. (The only Tuesday & Wednesday on which the park will be open will be Tuesday, May 29th and Wednesday, May 30th.) MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY HOURS: On two dates this month, Legoland will open at 10 am and will close at 6 pm. These are the Saturday & Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend...May 26th and 27th. EVERY OTHER DATE IN MAY: Aside from the exceptions noted above, Legoland will open at 10 am & close at 5 pm every other day of May. Legoland Water ParkIf you're planning on visiting Legoland's water park, remember that there's an extra fee involved on top of your theme park admission ticket. You may not enter JUST the water park, even though that would be a nice money-saving option for guests! Here are the May hours for Legoland California's water park: WEEKENDS-ONLY THRU MAY 24TH: The Legoland water park is NOT open every day this month. Up until the 24th, you may only visit the water park on Saturdays & Sundays; hours will be 12 Noon until 5 pm. DAILY, MAY 25TH THRU 31ST: Beginning on Friday, May 25th, Legoland's water park will be open every day through the end of the month. Opening time will be 10 am & closing time will be 5 pm on May 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 & 31st. SeaLife Aquarium hours:In May, Legoland's Sea Life Aquarium will be open EVERY day of the month...even on days that the theme park is closed. Hours are simple: MEMORIAL WEEKEND: On Saturday, May 26th and Sunday, May 27th, Sea Life opens at 9 am & closes at 6 pm. EVERY OTHER DAY OF THE MONTH: Except for the two dates listed above, Sea Life will open at 10 am and close at 5 pm during May. Legoland California Hours for June, 2012The month of June starts Legoland's busy summer vacation time! Schools all over California and the Southwestern USA give students the summer off, and families take advantage of their chance to spend some quality time together by visiting Legoland Park. Summer Vacation at Legoland can be extra fun because the park is open extra days and extra hours compared to other parts of the year. Furthermore, Legoland's exciting Water Park section is open all summer long, as well! (Note: there's an extra fee to visit the Legoland Water Park in addition to your normal park admission.) And, as always, the year-round Sea Life Aquarium at Legoland can add still MORE fun to your family's special summer vacation. In the list below, you'll find hours for the Legoland Theme Park, the Legoland Water Park, and Sea Life Aquarium: Legoland Theme Park Hours for June, 2012:Friday, June 1: Legoland will open at 10 am and close at 5 pm on Friday, June 1st. There will be no early opening time for the park's turnstiles on this day. Note about Legoland's 9 am/10 am staggered opening time for the rest of June: The Legoland Theme Park will open its turnstiles and stores in the park's entry area at 9 am every day from June 2nd thru 30th. Then, they will open selected rides at 9:30 am; and will then finally they will fully open the entire theme park at 10 am. June 2 thru June 22: Legoland will roll out its opening time between 9 am & 10 am (as described above,) and then the park will close at 6 pm between Saturday, June 2nd and Friday, June 22. June 23 thru 30: Between Saturday, June 23 and Saturday, June 30th, Legoland will roll out its opening time between 9 am & 10 am in phases (as described above.) Friday, June 1: The Legoland Water Park opens at 10 am and closes at 5 pm on Friday, June 1st. June 2 thru 22: The Legoland Water Park's opening time is at 10 am & closing time is at 6 pm every day between Saturday, June 2nd and Friday, June 22nd. June 23 thru 30: The Legoland Water Park will open at 10 am and close at 7 pm every day between Saturday, June 23rd and Saturday, June 30th. Sea Life Aquarium Hours for June, 2012Sealife Aquarium Hours: The SeaLife Aquarium at Legoland California will be open every day in June. Sea Life will follow three different schedules this month: Friday, June 1: Sea Life will open at 10 am and close at 5 pm on Friday, June 1st. Saturday, June 2 thru Friday, June 22: Legoland's Sea Life Aquarium will open at 9 am and close at 6 pm every day between 6/2/12 and 6/22/12. Saturday, June 23 thru Saturday, June 30: EVERY day between Saturday, June 23rd and Saturday, June 30th, the Sea Life Aquarium will open at 9 am and close at 8 pm. Legoland's Water Park will be open every day in June, 2012! The Legoland Water Park requires an extra fee (on top of the price of your admission ticket.) Another extra fee you will encounter is the price of a locker rental. If you do NOT wish to pay extra for the Legoland Water Park, then you may enjoy using the water playground in the "Pirate Shores" section of Legoland Park.
