The new Otay Ranch Town Center opened October 27, 2006...and ever since then, Chula Vista residents and visitors have been "getting to know" the new shopping center. This San Diego county mall opened before many of its stores and restaurants opened, and frequent mall guests have been watching it fill in with all sorts of new businesses!The Otay Mall is just as pretty and nice as you would imagine a new shopping mall to be. The Otay Ranch Town Center is one of the new "lifestyle center" outdoor malls. Cars drive down the center of the open-air mall, which harkens back to the days when "Main Street" was the shopping hub of every little town in the USA.
Beautiful architecture and landscaping make the shopping center a joy to visit. Plus, the facility was built to be a local "gathering place"...a spot for passing some relaxing moments, in addition to its function as a shopping center. An interactive fountain (just outside the Food Court building) beckons children to come play & splash. And a dog-walking park lets Fido have some fun at the mall, as well.

How to find the new Otay Ranch Town Center Mall
The Otay Ranch Town Center phone number is 619/656-9100.
The Otay Ranch Town Center hours are as follows: Mondays through Thursdays, this open-air mall opens at 10 am and closes at 9 pm; some establishments, notably restaurants, choose to have longer hours. Fridays and Saturdays, new mall hours are in effect as of early 2007. The mall will permanently be open longer hours on these 2 weekend days due to popular demand! Every Friday and Saturday, Otay Ranch Mall's opening time will be at 10 am, and its closing time won't be until 10 pm. On Sundays, the mall's shops open at 11 am and close at 8 pm. Holiday hours may vary.
The Otay Ranch Town Center address is 2015 Birch Road, Chula Vista, California 91915. Since this is a new area of town, few maps will have the streets in this area on them.
According to the mall officials, a good way to remember how to find the mall (without using its exact address...which may not be on your map) is to find the cross streets of Olympic Parkway and Eastlake Parkway in Chula Vista. There are mall entrances on both Olympic Pkwy and Eastlake Pkwy.
