First of all the Oxnard Esplanade sits just to the west side of the US Hwy 101 Freeway in Oxnard; travelers through this area are GOING to pass the Esplanade's plaza, because this is the one and only major thoroughfare through this part of the Southern California coast. (And, since you can see this Oxnard shopping center from the freeway, you can't easily get lost, even if you're unfamiliar with the territory.) The Oxnard Esplanade and The Rose shopping centers: Addresses and directions
Each store and restaurant at both the Oxnard Esplanade and The Rose shopping centers have their own individual addresses. Therefore, there is no one Oxnard Esplanade "mall address," as there are at Ventura County's indoor and outdoor shopping malls.
Nevertheless, the entire shopping center spans over 1/2 mile which stretches alongside the 101 Freeway, and tall signs also announce its presence. The Esplanade is nearly impossible to miss! Because of its long length, the Oxnard Esplanade is served by not just one, but TWO interstate exits!
Directions to the Oxnard Esplanade shopping center: From US 101, you may take either the Vineyard Ave exit OR the Oxnard Blvd exit. The Vineyard Ave exit lies directly to the SOUTH of the Esplanade mall, and the Oxnard Ave exit lies directly NORTH of it.
