The Party City website is NOT a shopping site. Maybe in future years, you'll be able to order on-line. But, for Halloween 2007, you can research their catalog of costumes on-line...but you must walk into a store to actually purchase them. Still, that's not much of a problem since Party Stores are "everywhere" in Southern California!
