SeaWorld San Diego Weather during the Fall months
Weather at SeaWorld in the Fall ranges from pleasantly warm during the days to uncomfortably chilly in the evenings. As you visit SeaWorld's various attractions, you'll often find near-perfect weather during the daylight hours, complemented by gentle sea breezes coming off of Mission Bay. Nevertheless, when you're sitting in Shamu Stadium waiting for the show---exposed to the sun and blocked from the breezes by the many tiers of bleachers---you'll begin to think that the day is quite warm! On the other hand, if you stay late to enjoy evening activities at Sea World, you'll be surprised at how quickly the temperature drops after the sun goes down. You will find chilly evening temperatures at SeaWorld after the darkness falls!Dressing for SeaWorld San Diego's Fall activities: Fall days at SeaWorld are warm and pleasant. Nighttimes can be chilly, as you just read in the paragraph above. Because you'll face a variety of temperatures and wind conditions throughout your day at Sea World, it's a great idea to "dress in layers." It's always a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket to SeaWorld during the Fall. You may put it on & take it off again as needed. Try not to wear a pullover sweater or sweatshirt that you can't remove, however, because there will be times you'll get plenty warm, too! Heavy coats should not be needed at this time of year. Will there be rain? During the Fall in San Diego, there may be a few rainy days, even though the bulk of the rainy season has passed. SeaWorld DOES stay in operation during the rain. Some attractions, however, may close.
May, 2010 Hours at SeaWorld San Diego
May's weather warms up a bit over April's...but not too much; the weather during both of these months is generally quite nice. Daytime temperatures on sunny days...and MOST days are sunny days...ranges from the mid '60's up to the high '70's. A few days in May may reach the 80's...but unlike the inland areas of Southern California, San Diego sits directly on a bay. Gentle breezes will keep you cooler here than at other theme parks and tourist attractions. Here's the very simple schedule at SeaWorld San Diego for the month of May, 2010---.....Friday, May 28: To kick off the Memorial Day weekend, Sea World San Diego's hours will be 10 am to 7:30 pm today
.....Monday, May 31: On the Memorial Day holiday, SeaWorld San Diego's hours will be 9 am to 9 pm
WEEKENDS IN MAY, 2010 On Saturdays and Sundays, SeaWorld San Diego stays open longer than on weekdays.
HOURS FOR SATURDAY, MAY 29 & SUNDAY MAY 30: For the Memorial Day holiday weekend, Sea World's hours will be super-long...from 9 am until 11 pm!
EVERY OTHER WEEKEND IN MAY: Every other Saturday & Sunday in May, SeaWorld San Diego will open at 9 am and close at 9 pm. This includes the following Saturdays and Sundays---May 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22 and 23.

In July, Seaworld San Diego is open so much you will likely not need to worry about opening or closing times. Since Sea World San Diego opens at 9 am & closes either at 10 or 11 pm every day of the month, there are more than enough hours to see Seaworld even with crowds. The days that that the park closes at 10 pm will be given first, every other day, the park will close at 11 pm.
Thursday, July 1: Today, SeaWorld San Diego's hours are 9 am until 10 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, July 6, 7, and 8: This Sunday, SeaWorld's hours are going to be 9 am until 10 pm
Monday thru Thursday, July 12, 13, 14, 15: During these 4 weekdays, SeaWorld's opening time is 9 am and its closing time is 10 pm.
Every other day of the month that was not specifically mentioned: SeaWorld San Diego's hours are scheduled to be from 9 am until 11 pm.
Sea World Hours - August 2010
Although the summer tourist season is winding down in August, Sea World will have very long hours almost all of the month. It opens by 9 am and will not close before 9 pm every day of the month except for the last two.Weekdays from Monday August 16th to Friday, August 20th: Sea World San Diego's opening time is at 9 am andclosing time is at 9 pm.
Saturday, August 21st: SeaWorld will be open at 9 am and will close at 11 pm.
Sunday August 22: Sea World San Diego will open at 9 am and will close at 10 pm.
Monday August 23th to Friday, August 27th: Sea World San Diego will be opening at 9 am and closing at 9 pm.

WEEKDAYS AFTER LABOR DAY: Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from Tuesday, September 7 through the rest of September, Sea World's hours will be 10 am to 6 pm. This includes the following dates: September 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29 and 30th.

SeaWorld hosts their popular Halloween Spooktacular on weekends in October! It's included with your admission...so you won't have to pay a fee! Activities include trick-or-treating for the kids, and special Halloween shows, too.
