You may wish to take advantage of the theme park's package-holding service. There are no facilities within Fantasyland itself; but if you head over to the Star Traders store in Tomorrowland, they'll gladly keep your packages for you the rest of the day. (The next-closest storage location to the Fantasyland shops is the Pioneer Mercantile store in Frontierland.)

Other Disneyland stores selling princess merchandise: Or, if you prefer, you may also purchase Disney Princess clothing at Downtown Disney's "World of Disney" store. It's popular for girls to wear Disney Princess dresses to Disneyland!

On any given day in Disneyland, you'll see a number of adorable tots touring the park dressed as Minnie Mouse...or as their favorite Disney princess. Sure, the Disney folks LOVE this practice...which helps increase costume sales. But, nevertheless, when your daughter or granddaughter dresses up, not only will SHE have the "time of her life," but YOU'LL get absolutely precious photos that you'll treasure for the rest of your life! If you've got the extra money, dress up your daughter as Minnie Mouse or a Disney princess on your Disneyland vacation. You'll be glad later that you did!

Money-saving Tip: If you're short on cash like many vacationers, you can try doing what I did: to save money, I bought my granddaughter only the Minnie Mouse DRESS and skipped getting the other accessories. The Minnie Mouse (or Princess) dress is what shows up best in photos any way, so you can capture the same memories without having to spring extra for the shoes, purse, tiara, etc, if you don't have the funds for them. Another option is to sew your own. You can find patterns and get tips on the Disney Princess Costumes page of this site.

If you daughter wants Princess merchandise (pajamas, nightgowns, T-shirts, beach towels, swimsuits, etc) after you've already left Disneyland, you may also find Disney Princess merchandise at any of Southern California's Disney Stores. On our California Disney Store Locations page has a handy list of where you may find one that will be conveniently located near your home or hotel.

(Of course, dools of the other Disney Princesses---such as Aurora, Cinderella, Snow White and Tinker Bell---are available, as well.) My granddaughter chose the doll "Little Belle," and considers it one of her favorite toys.
