It's a print-at-home coupon good at any 2009 Spirit Halloween Store location. The reason it's a good idea to sign up for coupons like this one is because it can be used off-line at brick-and-mortar Spirit stores. If you go to a coupon website on the internet, their so-called coupons are usually only good if you make an online purchase at Spirit...going through one of the coupon site's links.
